The pop-punk group Fall Out Boy formed in 2001 in the suburbs of Chicago. The band achieved its first taste of mainstream success with their 2003 record, Take This to Your Grave. After several high profile tours, the band released its biggest selling album to date, 2005's From Under the Cork Tree, which landed two songs in the Billboard Top Ten. The band was also nominated for a Grammy for Best New Artist.

In 2007, the group released the #1 record Infinity on High and set off on a series of headline arena tours. Last year, the band released their adventurous, vibrant, and catchy fourth album, Folie à Deux. The album is both cynical and hopeful, lyrically and musically challenging, personal and political, and easily the most diverse record FOB has ever recorded.

The band makes it a priority to support social causes, donating to several non-profit groups, including Invisible Children, Reverb and Rock the Vote, and most recently supporting the Global Fund by becoming a (RED) artist.
